The 2022 Achievement Awards
The Mount Sinai Achievement Awards has historically been an event filled with tradition: plaque distribution, accolades, pomp and circumstance. In 2022, we were finally returning to in-person events, and had the opportunity to make a splash in celebration. The Special Events Manager envisioned essentially turning the event on its heels, to create an engaging, dynamic, and memorable experience for the award recipients and their loved ones. Say less.
What turned out to be a multimedia experience was one of the most collaborative pieces I've worked on and led in a very long time. Our brainstorm meetings were a collection of brilliant voices and creative ideas, and different perspectives to create an unforgettable experience.
The event became a multimedia experience that featured award recipient personality video montages and creative portraits that were used on the microsite, scannable display boards, and throughout the event space in New York City.
This 2022 Achievement Awards was well-received. In fact, throughout the Mount Sinai community, many were looking for ways to replicate the digital media aspect of this experience, of which some are underway.

In addition to creating the wireframe for the microsite, as a producer, I organized the two-day photo and video shoots for the ceremony and its elements; provided creative direction for the video montages; and managed the project through completion.
